  2. I provide a clear estimate (usually within 1-2 business days).

  3. Drop off locally at a safe public location or ship to my PO Box.

  4. I diagnose, repair, test, and clean your device. If any costs change based on my diagnosis, I will provide an updated quote and will not proceed until you approve the updated price.

  5. You submit payment for the completed work.

  6. You pick up locally or receive it back in the mail - with a 60-day warranty.
