Thank you for trusting Liberty Circuit Repair LLC with your electronics. As a veteran-owned, one-person operation, I strive for honest, high-quality service. Please read these terms carefully before submitting a repair request.

1. Repair Risks & Limitations

Electronics repair involves inherent risks. Devices can be beyond repair or sustain additional damage due to age, prior wear, liquid damage, corrosion, or hidden issues. Glued components (common in modern devices) may crack during disassembly. Specialized features like fingerprint sensors or GPUs can fail unpredictably.

By submitting your device, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Liberty Circuit Repair LLC is not liable for pre-existing conditions or failures beyond our control.

2. Estimates & Authorization

Initial quotes are estimates only. Additional issues may be discovered once work begins. I will contact you for approval before proceeding with any extra work or charges.

By sending your device (or agreeing to local handoff), you authorize me to begin diagnostic/repair work.

3. Warranty

I offer a 60-day limited warranty on parts and labor for the original repaired issue. If the same problem recurs within 60 days (and was not caused by new damage or tampering), I will repair it again at no charge.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • New or unrelated issues

  • Customer-supplied parts

  • Physical damage, liquid exposure, tampering, or modifications after repair

  • Software issues, viruses, or data loss

  • Manufacturer warranty may be voided by repair

For warranty claims: Contact me first. You are responsible for return shipping on mail-ins; I will cover outbound shipping for valid claims.

4. Payment & Fees

  • Payment is due upon completion (or per agreed terms).

  • I accept major credit/debit cards. Larger repairs may require check, money order, or other secure methods.

  • Diagnostic Fee: $30–$100 depending on complexity and risk. This covers diagnostic time and expertise. If repair is accepted and completed, diagnostic fee will be waived.

5. Local Handoff (San Antonio / Converse Area)

To protect my family’s privacy and safety, all local drop-offs and pickups occur at safe, public locations (e.g., police station parking lot, library, or retail parking area).

When requesting service, note “Local Pickup” and your preferred times. I will confirm a specific safe spot.

6. Shipping (Mail-In)

  • Use sturdy packaging and consider insurance.

  • I am not responsible for shipping damage unless I packed the return.

  • Follow provided instructions carefully.

7. Data & Privacy

I take reasonable precautions with your data but cannot guarantee against loss (especially on failing drives). Back up important files before sending devices. Data recovery is not guaranteed and carries additional fees.

8. Abandoned Property

I will hold repaired devices for up to 60 days after notifying you. After that, unclaimed items may be sold to recover costs or recycled. Storage fees may apply for extended holds.

9. General

  • These terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance.

  • Texas law governs any disputes.

  • By submitting a repair request or device, you agree to these Terms of Service.
